John Lobb had an old phone system which was causing a lot of problems during day to day management at a busy shoe factory & shop, whilst making it difficult to contact members of staff between sites. Also, having problematic broadband which was unreliable, the need for a new solution became imperative. Secure Communications gave multiple suggestions which would suit John Lobb’s requirements whilst maintaining a sustainable budget.

Requirements

After consulting with Secure Communications, John Lobb required a new Hosted Phone System that was reliable, cost effective & provided specific new features. They were also looking for faster & more resilient Broadband as they were not happy with their existing service. Secure Communications came in and suggested they move over to our Skype for Business platform with Surefire Broadband.

John Lobb required 3 Broadband installations for SureFire Broadband & needed 45 Phones inter-connected to Skype for Business across 3 Sites:


• Two Sites in Northampton
• One Site in London

Conclusion

After the solution was implemented, John Lobb was pleased overall, and specifically with the new features that have been added to their system. The Management Team is impressed with the easy-to-use platform which helped fix the issues that used to happen regularly. All of the staff are connected on the Skype for Business platform which makes contacting each site much easier. Also, with improved network speeds, the Company expects to improve customer satisfaction and help keep on top of the many international orders.
